This page provides you with information not only about my featured listings, but also gives you several tools to search
for properties in the area, price range and home features of your choice.

Map Tool
- Left Click inside the Map screen and move your cursor to the area of your choice, or use the arrow button in the upper left corner to move the map screen around
- use your Mouse Wheel to zoom in or out, or the + and - buttons to zoom in or out. The map will automatically show you ALL the houses that are currently for sale in the area you have chosen.
- Click on a Red House to see details of the listing
Property Search Tool
- In the 'Location' window of the 'Search' tab, type in a Town or City (eg. Port Perry, Peterborough etc), Or a Street Name and City.
- you can refine your future home search further by selecting features such as: List Price, Bedrooms, Washrooms, Home Style, etc.
- Click the 'SEARCH' button at the bottom of the page. The Map will zoom in to the area and show you all house with those features
- Click on a Red House to see the property information in the Details tab.
